The SYSCO website was designed and created by Carole Lee Boutilier. She has worked in the field of webdesign over seven years and is a teacher with the Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board. Her previous contracts included the Federal government, local artists, businesses, charities and musicians. She had a special interest in designing the SYSCO site for her father, Charlie Boutilier, worked at the steel plant for over forty years.
